This policy explains how information is handled on this website and when you contact us by phone. It applies to this site only, not to any other site you may reach from a link here.

Information we receive

When you call, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us: your address, the nature of the problem, and access details needed to do the work. We use that to schedule and complete the job, and to follow up about it.

This site has no contact form and no account system, so we do not collect names, email addresses or payment details through the website itself.

Call handling

Calls may be routed to a licensed local plumbing partner serving Apache Junction and the surrounding Arizona communities. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. Where a call is routed through a tracking number, the connection details are visible to the service that routes it.

Analytics and site data

Standard web server logs record the pages requested, the approximate location derived from the network address, the browser used and the time of the request. This is used to understand which pages are useful and to spot faults.

Pages on this site embed a Google map and load fonts from a third party. Those services receive the network address of the visiting browser as a normal part of delivering the content, and their own privacy terms apply to that.

What we do not do

How long information is kept
